Meet the Provider

Xaviery Johnson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical and leadership background spanning acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive wellness.

Raised in a military family and originally from Arkansas, Xaviery brings discipline, resilience, and compassion into her practice. She began her nursing career in 2017 at the VA Hospital, where she spent five years as a cardiac medical-surgical nurse caring for veterans with complex conditions. She later advanced to a cardiac stepdown unit, gaining experience in higher-acuity patient care.

Her career expanded into travel nursing, followed by dialysis, where she developed strong expertise in managing chronic conditions. She later transitioned into a clinic manager role, overseeing operations, patient care delivery, and team coordination—further strengthening her leadership and commitment to high-quality, efficient care.

Today, as a Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of 10X Wellness & Family Mobile Clinic, Xaviery provides comprehensive primary care, urgent care, and wellness services through mobile and telehealth visits—bringing convenient, patient-centered care directly to individuals and families.

In addition to her medical expertise, she is also a certified personal trainer, allowing her to integrate fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching into her care. Her approach focuses not only on treating illness but also on helping patients achieve long-term wellness and prevention.
