Patients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellation fee: $25
No-show fee: $50
If an appointment is cancelled after a provider has begun traveling to the appointment location, a mobile travel fee of up to $75 may apply.
Cancellation and no-show fees are administrative fees and are not billed as medical services.
